We moved here from out-of-state and contracted Kris Shuter from Banyan Real Estate LLC to help us find our forever home. We have never been to the Denver Metro area before, and Kris put together a plan for us to get acquainted with homes in key areas to help us narrow down where we wanted to live. We worked with Kris over the course of a few months to find the right home for us. Kris was knowledgeable on all areas surrounding Denver, extremely flexible on working with our schedule, and always quick to reply...morning, evenings, weekends etc. Kris was not pushy in any way. He made sure to be the voice of reason pointing out the good, bad and ugly on specific homes, neighborhoods and providing recommendations based on our feedback from showings. When it came time to make an offer, he was a patient and master negotiator, sealing the deal for our beloved home! But his diligent work ethic did not end after closing. Kris made sure we were set in our new home, that there was no damages from our seller, and that we had names and contacts for contractors that he has worked with in the past and recommended.
