Kris helped us buy our house recently, and he was exceptional! He was very attentive to our needs and listened to our likes & dislikes and continuously refined listing results to show us. Each trip out was better and better and because of Kris, we now have a house we love. Kris not only excels at the fundamentals of real estate through the prescribed buying/selling processes, but was also incredibly helpful long after the sale was completed. For example, in the new house Kris helped us buy, 18 mos. later we needed some related paperwork for the HELOC as part of a simple remodel that was planned all along. It was going to take me many hours, possibly days, to search for my records for the necessary paperwork, but a quick email to Kris and he had the electronic copies I needed back in my inbox by the end of the day. Kris is very helpful, professional, and made our transaction much more pleasant than other real estate agents we have used in the past.

Kris was a great agent. We were moving from LA to Denver and needed to find a house remotely which is very hard. He sent us new listings as they came on the market (day of or before). We flew in twice to see neighborhoods/houses and he was great in helping us decide the pros/cons of each city. He was very knowledgeable on schools, drive times to Downtown, HOAs, etc. And when it was time to put in an offer, he was very professional and helped us get the best deal! We love our house so we are not moving anytime soon, but if we did decide to relocate again...we would call Kris!
